Private-pay placement help for the families you cannot stay with.
We work the private-pay lane only. Assisted living, memory care, and short-stay respite in New Jersey and New York. When a family can pay out of pocket and needs a place fast, send them to us and we take it from there.

- The licensed options that fit the family's needs. Sent to the family in writing. We can join a visit if they want.
- You get a yes or no on whether we can help within the first call.
Say it plainly
We do not take Medicaid, MLTSS, or MLTC placements. If the family is on or headed to Medicaid, we say so on the first call and hand them to the New Jersey ADRC at 1-877-222-3737 or NY Connects at 1-800-342-9871.
We are not a discharge plan and we never contact your patient directly. The family calls us, or you send their contact with their permission.
We never pay any hospital employee, clinician, case manager, or social worker anything for a referral.
Respite and short stay this week
The hardest ask we hear from care teams is a private-pay respite bed starting tomorrow. That is the thing we chase first. Call and say the word respite.
What we do
- Shortlist from the New Jersey Department of Health and New York State Department of Health registries with license numbers.
- Call communities for the family.
- Send the shortlist to the family in writing.
- Prepare the questions to ask on a visit, and join the visit if the family asks.
- Stay through move-in.
- Give the family a written fee disclosure before any visit.
What we do not do
- Medical assessment or advice.
- Medicaid or Medicare funded placements.
- Home sales, contractors, products, or memberships in this lane.
- Collect diagnoses, records, or insurance numbers.
- Sell or share family contact information.
How we are paid
The family never pays us. A community may pay us a professional referral fee after a successful private-pay move-in. We tell every family which communities have a fee agreement with us. We take no fee on any placement funded by Medicaid, MLTSS, MLTC, or Medicare.
