When a parent moves, the house is the next problem. That search happens within weeks. Licensed New York agents and New Jersey brokers can apply to be introduced to families who asked us for a realtor intro. We do not name firms on the site and we take no part in the transaction.
How it works
- A labeled listing on the pages that match what you do, including relevant county pages.
- Your business name, service area, phone, and a short plain description that you write and approve.
- A flat monthly rate. No pay per click, no bidding, no commission on what you earn.
- Cancel with notice. We would rather keep advertisers who see value than lock anyone in.
Pricing is a flat monthly rate. The exact number is not published yet, and Hector will confirm it with you before anything begins. We do not quote a price we cannot honor.
What we will not do
- Publish reviews, testimonials, ratings, or statistics that we did not collect.
- Sell a better position in a guide or hide a drawback for a paying brand.
- Charge families. The directory, checker, and guides stay free.
