Private-pay home care in New Jersey

Sit with us first. Then pick the home. Sometimes the answer is staying home a while longer.

You don't pay. There's no fee.

Staying home, for now

Many families are not ready to move a parent. A few hours of help with bathing, meals, medication reminders, and company can hold the line for a while.

We sit with you, match the hours and the personality to a licensed agency, make the introduction, and you decide. Not sure yet? Compare in-home care vs assisted living.

How we help

  • Sit with the family. Care type, county or borough, budget band in your own words, and urgency. No invented numbers from us.
  • Shortlist licensed private-pay options that fit what you told us.
  • You get the written shortlist. You visit when ready, and we can come along if you ask.
  • Follow through after your visits. Move in is between your family and the community.

Immediate need or planning ahead

Immediate need means a hospital or rehab discharge this week, wandering, night safety worries, or a caregiver at the end of the rope. Call (201) 686-8232.

Planning ahead means the next 30 to 90 days. Use the form and mark Planning ahead, and we work at a calmer pace.

What we do not do

We do not employ aides and we do not bill Medicare. We do not publish hourly rates, because agencies set their own and they change.

We introduce you to licensed private-pay agencies, and the agency you choose signs with you directly.

Home care or assisted living

When help is needed most hours of the day, or nights are unsafe, home care can cost more than a community. That is the moment to compare both honestly.

Communities and agencies

If you run admissions, business development, or a licensed home care office, we would like to know your setup. Call (201) 686-8232 or use the partner page. We do not publish your rates and we do not promise census.

Request a shortlist

Please do not type Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, bank details, or medication lists.

What does your parent need help with? Check all that apply.
We never pass your details to a community or partner without asking you first and naming who receives them. We only contact you the way you choose. You don't pay. There's no fee.
