How this works
How we help
Sit with us first. Then pick the home.
You don't pay. There's no fee.
Free for families on the current model
Families are not billed by us for placement guidance on the current model. Communities and agencies may pay a professional referral fee after a successful move in. We do not publish fee percentages, and we do not let a fee decide what we tell you.
We do not operate communities and we do not employ aides.
The four steps
- Sit with the family. Care type, county or borough, budget band in your own words, and urgency. No invented numbers from us.
- Shortlist licensed private-pay options that fit what you told us.
- You get the written shortlist. You visit when ready, and we can come along if you ask.
- Follow through after your visits. Move in is between your family and the community.
What we will never do
- Invent a price, a waitlist, a bed count, or a review score.
- Dump a directory of thousands of listings on you.
- Ask for a Social Security number, a Medicare or Medicaid ID, or a diagnosis in a form.
- Give medical, legal, or insurance advice.

Frequently asked questions
- Do families pay you?
- You don't pay. There's no fee. A community may pay us a professional referral fee after a successful private-pay move in. We do not take a fee on Medicaid or Medicare funded placements.
- How many options will we get?
- As many as honestly fit what you told us. Sometimes that is one. We do not pad a list to look busy.
- Do you rank communities?
- No. We do not publish rankings or scores, and we do not sell placement in a list.
