How it works

1. Step 1

   We sit with you

   A free call about the last few weeks at home, the county you want, and what your parent actually needs. We only contact you the way you choose.

2. Step 2

   We match and send the shortlist

   We'll send you the options that fit your family's needs, pulled from the New Jersey and New York state license lists, in writing with license numbers and phone numbers.

3. Step 3

   You visit when you are ready

   You call and visit on your own schedule. We can come along if that helps you, and we will send the questions to ask. It is optional, never required.

4. Step 4

   You decide

   You don't pay. There's no fee. Communities and home care agencies set their own care rates and bill your family directly.
