Families often need the sale to fund assisted living or home care. We can introduce a licensed New York or New Jersey realtor who can handle showings. For a New Jersey home, we can also introduce a contractor for renovations or ready-to-sell work. We do not list or show homes.

What we do

• Introduce a licensed New York or New Jersey realtor who can handle showings after you ask for the introduction.
• For New Jersey homes, introduce a contractor for renovations or ready-to-sell work when requested.
• Keep working the care side with you: a written shortlist of licensed communities or home care options.
• Step back once you are talking with the agent. You choose who you work with.

What we do not do

• We do not list homes, and there is no property search or map of homes for sale on this site.
• We are not a brokerage and we do not run an MLS.
• We do not promise a sale price, a timeline, or a buyer.
• We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice about the sale.
• We do not call you unless you request it.
