Visit and stay planning

Travel for care

If you are flying in to visit communities, or you want to look at options in another area while you also compare New Jersey or New York, we can help with a written shortlist and simple nearby-stay planning. Sit with us first. Then pick the home.

We help identify nearby stays only when needed. Nothing is booked through this page, and we never share your details without asking first.

Flying in for NJ or NY visits

Tell us your visit window, care type, and county or borough. We use that to organize a simpler trip around the shortlist.

Tell us about the trip

Add your travel dates and how many people are coming in the notes box.

Please do not type Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, bank details, or medication lists.

What does your parent need help with? Check all that apply.
We never pass your details to a community or partner without asking you first and naming who receives them. We only contact you the way you choose. You don't pay. There's no fee.

How we handle your information

Comparing another market

You may be comparing Florida, a city near a sibling, or another place alongside New Jersey or New York. We can help coordinate the trip and stay request. Our strongest placement desk remains private-pay assisted living, memory care, independent living, and home care in New Jersey and New York.

What we do not do

  • We do not invent stay rates.
  • We do not promise a particular place to stay.
  • We do not name travel brands.
  • We do not automatically book anything without the family.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a booking service?
No. Sending an inquiry is not a reservation. Service availability and any fees are confirmed with you before anything is booked.
Will this cost me anything?
Nothing is charged or booked through this site. We will explain any outside provider's terms before making an introduction.
Can you help outside New York and New Jersey?
You can ask about travel planning for any destination. Our official facility lists only cover New York and New Jersey, so for other states we cannot show licensed community data and will point you to that state's official source.
Is this medical transportation?
No. For medical transport, ask the discharge planner or the treating clinician.
